Environmental Manufacturing Process:
LightAir uses recycle materials and comply with the ROHS directive. The RoHS Directive stands for “the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment”. This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing higher than agreed levels, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.

Less than 5 dB. Most air cleaning devices on the market have a dB between 30-60, some have even higher. A noise level of 63 dB can be compared to the noise of a washing machine or a lawn mower.
Ozone Free:
Emits 0 ppb. For reference; The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires ozone output of indoor medical devices to be no more than 0.05 ppb. EPA's National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone is a maximum 8 hour average outdoor concentration of 0.08 ppm. Many air purifiers on the market emit up to 300 ppb of ozone.
