Based on the LightAir IonFlow 50 Style, the LightAir IonFlow 50 Surface model shares the same stylish looks and fantastic performance, but is a little shorter and the base is moulded acrylic instead of being hand made. It is quiet, uses virtually no electricity and is very easy to maintain. It needs no expensive replacement filters- instead all the dust and particles are attracted to the collector, which can be removed and washed in warm soapy water.

Effective:
Tests conducted by the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute and other third party testing institutes show that LightAir IonFlow 50 eliminates more than 99% of all airborne pollution particles (size 0.02-5.0 µm) - from dust, smoke, pollen allergens, bacteria, viruses, fungus, mould, pet dander and other allergens and particulate matter in less than five hours. Environmental Manufacturing Process:
LightAir uses recycle materials and comply with the ROHS directive. The RoHS Directive stands for “the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment”. This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing higher than agreed levels, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.
Silent:
Less than 5 dB. Most air cleaning devices on the market have a dB between 30-60, some have even higher. A noise level of 63 dB can be compared to the noise of a washing machine or a lawn mower.
Ozone Free:
Emits 0 ppb. For reference; The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires ozone output of indoor medical devices to be no more than 0.05 ppb.
