AOR Vitamin D 60 Vegi Caps (1000iu)
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin which aids in the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. AOR's D3 is derived from the oil of sheep's wool, collected during sheering. It is rapidly converted in the body to the active form 1,25 dihydrocholecalciferol. Adequate 1,25 (OH) D is responsible for proper bone growth and metabolism and muscle function.
