Arkocaps Evening Primrose Oil 90 capsules

Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis)

Part used: The oil extracted from the seeds.
520mg per capsule of first cold pressed Evening Primrose Oil (EPO).

The oil extracted from the seeds by cold pressing is extremely rich in Essential Fatty Acid (EFA). It contains 72% of Linoleic Acid and 10% of Gamma Linolenic Acid. These are the precursors of prostaglandins, substances that influence the menstrual cycle.

Dosage: Take 1 to 3 capsules a day during meals with a large glass of water.

Contraindications: Not to be used if taking anti-coagulant drugs or if haemophilic.
