The oil is extracted from the seeds by cold pressing, which is extremely valuable due to its rich source of two polyunsaturated Essential Fatty Acids; Gamma Linolenic Acid and Linoleic Acid. Taken in capsule form, Starflower oil helps to fight against the ageing process of the skin and prevent the formation of wrinkles.

Part used: extract of the seed from the first cold pressing
520 mg/ capsule of oil standardised to contain 24% G.L.A..

Recommended dosage:
Internal usage: One capsule a day with a large glass of water.
External usage: The capsule can be pierced and the oil applied to the skin.
