Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered form of Vitamin C which is more gentle on the stomach, compared to the acidic form, ascorbic acid. Magnesium Ascorbate provides a readily available source of Vitamin C and magnesium, together with Bilberry extract.


Ingredients:
One vegetable capsule provides: Magnesium Ascorbate 500g (providing 400mg Vitamin C) (providing 30mg elemental magnesium), Bilberry Powder 100mg (providing non-citrus flavonoids with potatoe maltodextrin). Non active ingredients: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica. Capsule: Cellulose & Water.
Dosage:
Two capsules taken daily with food or as profesionally directed.
