Broccoli (Brassica oleracea italica) is sometimes called the ‘miracle food'. If in epidemiologic research more attention would be paid to which fruits and vegetables have the greatest benefit to our health, Brassica and its close relatives would be on top of the list, with broccoli firmly at the number one spot. This is probably due to the high levels of sulphuric compounds such as glucosinolates, glucoraphanins and particularly sulforaphane. Of all cruciferous vegetables, broccoli is the richest source of glucoraphanins, which in its turn the body can utilise to make sulforaphane. The seeds and sprouts contain the highest amount of these compounds.

USE
Take 2 capsules once daily, during or immediately after a meal. Preferably spread your intake evenly throughout the day. The capsule may be opened if experiencing difficulties with swallowing.
