This combination of vitamin C, pantothenic acid, and bromelain work together to help relieve muscle pain following exercise. The vitamin C in the formula affects the strength and integrity of collagen, the basic supporting structure in the tendons, cartilage, and connective tissues

Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 225mg 
Pantothenic Acid (as calcium D-pantothenate) 125mg 
Calcium 43mg 
Bromelain (2,400 G.D.U./g)  375mg 
 
Other Ingredients
cellulose, vegetable capsule (modified cellulose), magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
 
Contains No
sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soya, dairy products, artificial colouring, artificial flavouring, preservatives or ingredients of animal origin. This product contains natural ingredients; colour variations are normal.
