Field of Greens is a convenient source of many of the nutrients found in green vegetables. Field of Greens incorporates the nutritional benefits of young green barley sprouts, alfalfa, wheat grass and cayenne. Other compounds present are beta-carotene, enzymes, amino acids, and more fibre than bran.

Barley grass was the primary grain for bread in Europe before wheat and rye. The juice of the young plant contains a rich cocktail of minerals - potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium, copper, zinc and manganese. Wheat grass is also similarly rich in nutrients, and 0.5 kg of fresh wheat grass is thought to be equivalent to 10kg of fresh vegetables! Alfalfa has deep roots that absorb minerals from undepleted soil, and is also an excellent source of vitamins A, B6, E and K. Cayenne can improve circulation and aid digestion.

Each tablet contains 120 mg powdered Barley grass, 120mg powdered Wheat grass, 120mg powdered Alfalfa, and 1.7mg Cayenne pepper.

Take one tablet, twice daily.
