Fruiting Bodies LIBIDO 100 ml
Nothing more than Cordyceps - said to be the most elusive and expensive aphrodisiac on the planet - and Shiitake stalks, which provide a high level of naturally occurring zinc.
USES
To increase sexual potency.
It has been tested, but trials were called off when it was becoming obvious that results were being achieved!
The joke goes: what is small, stupid and rules the world? George Bush is the most obvious choice, but give it some thought and the answer is quite simple – you know, the thing that Jasper Carrot has 250 descriptive terms for, the thing that most men are besotted with and the cause, some would say, of all troubles in the world!
Between the ages of 13 and 35 the organ in question appears, at times, to be completely out of control. The collective male objective seems to be to offer him up to as many potential homes as it can find! Despite increased warnings of lethal sexually-transmitted viral diseases it seems as though the plight of the Willy (Todger, Hampton, trouser-snake, etc, etc, etc) goes on unabated. That is, until it gets to a certain age, which experts suggest could be anywhere between 35 and 70….!
Suddenly it just isn’t quite the same: the fire is dwindling and Old Faithful fast becomes Etna, with eruptions on a similar time-scale! The realisation that their primary reproductive organ is taking a long-term dip can, for some men, become a life threatening experience. There are many cases of suicide attributed to a failing libido and impotence, and there can be no disputing the fact that some marriages crumble as a result of sexual frustration on the part of both partners.
So, what does one do when Mr. Stiffy becomes Mr Softy? Option 1 is to respond to one of those unsolicited “Penis Patch” e-mails offering a 2-4 inch increase in size and endless hours of unbridled passion. Yeah, as if! Option 2 is Viagra (or one of its many alternatives). It works for some, but long-term use is, as yet, uncertain, and doubtless side-effects will occur. Option 3, and probably the most sensible, is to plan to avoid the droop. It is unlikely that every male will be effected, but statistics suggest that as many as 85% of all males on the planet are going to experience limp moments, which will increase in regularity with age.
Planning to prevent an illness or ailment is something which western medicine has yet to grasp, but for people in Japan and other parts of Asia it is the norm. Mushrooms play a vital role in the diet and culture, and, as well as being a source of fibre and minerals, they have an incredible history of use and application as “medicines”. One of the most important “medicinal” mushrooms is the Shiitake (she-tah-kee).
Researchers in Asia and the US have shown that problems in the arteries and veins in the penis are responsible for 50-70% of the cause of impotence, and arterial problems are often linked to clogged and “heavy” blood, caused by high levels of cholesterol. Shiitake mushrooms, becoming more familiar in the UK, are known to lower the serum cholesterol and to lower the blood pressure. From ancient times, it is believed that shiitake mushrooms have been applied as an aphrodisiac, and to this day are still used in many parts of Asia to boost and maintain libido.
The myth was tested when doctors in Japan began to increase the levels of zinc (Zn) in dialyzing fluid in kidney failure patients. Nurses working with patients undergoing dialyses began to notice that their male patients were finding it difficult to avoid “tenting” (erect blankets!) when they were being given daily checks. Needless to say that this became a great source of amusement for the nurses, generally female, and a source of both embarrassment and pride amongst the patients, generally males!
The zinc increased plasma testosterone levels, which “increased” (?) erection times in patients. Seeing that there was an opportunity to make further investigations, Japanese practitioners began to seek out natural treatments that contained zinc and their attention was drawn to the shiitake mushroom.
Vascoactive Intestinal Polypeptide (VIP) is the hormone that causes erections in men and sexual excitation in women. It is secreted by T. lymphocytes, which are stimulated by Lentinan, a compound extracted from Shiitake mushrooms. T. lymphocytes stimulate endorphins, which make people feel generally better within themselves, as well as the thyroid-stimulating hormone and adrenal hormone, which are necessary for a “wholesome” sex life.
If Shiitake mushrooms decrease coronary artery disease, hypertension and cholesterol levels, then potent medications that are now being used will no longer be required. Doctors in Japan have suggested that 90 grams of fresh mushroom a day is sufficient to stave off old droopy, but realistically that is quite a plateful of mushrooms to consume on a daily basis (and expensive at £90-100 per week). In place of this companies around the world, including one in the UK, have developed a range of mushroom extracts, which concentrate the compounds of the mushroom into a more convenient form to take. Monthly application using an extract produced in the UK costs around £35.
Finally, and very seriously, is it really that odd to be considering the application of a mushroom extract to treat a problem relating to the male member? We think not!
Please note that all our liquid extracts contain organic vodka.
1ml extract is equivalent to 10g fresh mushroom / 1g dried mushroom, approximately.
