Not only does the Golite give a very quick and effective treatment, but as it is so small you can take it anywhere. Benefiting from the exclusive BLUEWAVE® technology, the P1 is light, stylish, quick and very portable. It has an adjustable light intensity, so that you can start your treatment at a lower level and increase it as you wish. The Golite P1 is ideally used at a comfortable distance of 50cms, but produces a therapeutic level of light up to 75cms away. It has a useful built in digital clock and a facility to customise your treatment program, with a built in timer to help you control your therapy, from 15 to 30 minutes. It can also be run manually for longer treatment time if you wish, but most people find 15 to 30 minutes sufficient. Another unique feature is the ability to use an optional rechargeable battery pack, giving you the ultimate in light therapy on the move!

The specific bandwidth of light produced by BLUEWAVE® technology produces twice the melatonin suppression than the equivalent intensity of white light, whether it is white LED's, broad spectrum or full spectrum fluorescent light.
