Higher Nature Alka-Clear Cleansing pH Balance 250g

Alka-Clear provides cleansing, alkalising minerals to help maintain the alkaline balance of the blood and tissues, and support the removal of waste products. To check your pH, use the test papers provided. Compare the colour against the chart provided. A healthy urinary pH is between 7.5 and 8.0, in the evening. People on a low sodium diet should consult their doctor before taking Alka-Clear.
 
ONE ROUNDED TEASPOON (6g) PROVIDES: 58mg magnesium (carbonate), 626.4mg sodium (bicarbonate), 1357.2mg potassium (bicarbonate).

Suggested intake: Powder: Stir 1 rounded teaspoonful (6g) into a glass of water
