Higher Nature Valerian Sleep Aid

Valerian Sleep Aid is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to symptoms of mild anxiety, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy.

Used to promote a good night's sleep. Helps you wake feeling refreshed. Not addictive.

One tablet contains 150mg of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract, which is equivalent to 450-900mg Valerian whole root.

Made from natural herbs. Independently assessed for quality and safety.

Not suitable if under 18 years, pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause drowsiness; if affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
