Lamberts use decaffeinated  coffee beans and contains high levels of the active compounds ‘chlorogenic acids' and in particular, one called ‘5-caffeoylquinic acid'. These compounds contain important properties including powerful antioxidants that help fight free radical damage. The roasting process changes the chemical profile of the coffee bean and this is why they use unroasted coffee beans for their extract.

Directions:
