With psyllium husk powder, fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotics) and lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidum bacteria (probiotics).Lepicol capsules are made of natural source ingredients that help to maintain the efficient action of the bowels. Taken daily, the capsules are an easy and convenient way of taking additional fibre and friendly bacteria to help ensure regular bowl movements.
