Lepicol for Healthy Bowels 420g

Lepicol is made of natural source ingredients (fibre, pre and probiotics) which help to maintain the efficient action of the bowels. Lepicol contains three ingredients that are not absorbed by the body making it suitable for regular, everyday use.
Lepicol is suitable for those with both sluggish and sensitive bowels.
Lepicol is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, GM free and phytate free

DESCRIPTION:
With Psyllium husk powder, fructo-oligosaccharides, lactobacillius acidophillus and bifidum bacteria - this is a high fibre formula with friendly bacteria to aid long term bowl health and bowl regularity.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
If you have recently had intestinal surgery or have any intestinal obstruction, consult your doctor before taking Lepicol.

DIRECTIONS:
Adults: Take 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) twice daily. Mix with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. Follow this with a further cup of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks, it should be possible to halve this intake.

Children: Take 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) twice daily. Mix with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. Follow this with a further cup of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks, it should be possible to halve this intake. Lepicol can be taken any time of the day, but most people will probably find it more convenient to take before meals. As Lepicol isn't absorbed by the body and doesn't stimulate in any way, it is suitable for prolonged use. Intakes can be adjusted according to requirements.

INGREDIENTS:
Psyllium Husks, Fructo-oligosaccharides, Lactobacillius Acidophilus, Lactobacillius Bifidum Bacteria. (50 million per gram at time of manufacture).
