Nelsons Coldenza is a homeopathic remedy specifically designed to bring fast, effective relief for the symptoms of cold and flu. For best results take immediately at the onset of flu or the early stages of a cold; keep warm and drink plenty of fluids. Coldenza does not cause drowsiness and can be taken with other medicines.

 
Two tablets every hour for the first six doses, then three times daily between meals until better. Tablets to be sucked or chewed.
