Per daily intake of 6 tablets:

Nettle (urtica dioica) extract 5:1 equal to 3700mg dry herb
Dandelion (taraxacum officinale) extract 5:1 equal to 3000mg dry herb

Asparagus (asparagus officinalis) extract 5:1 equal to 2550mg dry herb
Globe Artichoke (cynara scolymus) extract 13.5:1 equal 5990mg dry herb
Celery Seed (apium graveolens) extract 5:1 equal to 1650mg dry herb
Thyme (thymus vulgaris) extract 7:1 equal to 875mg dry herb
INGREDIENTS
Radix chichorii, Citrus fruit pulp, Urtica dioica extract, taraxacum officinale extract, Citrus fibres, Semen isphagula, Asparagus offcinalis extract, Cynara scolymus extract, Apium graveolens extract, Thymus vulgaris extract, Bulking agents (potassium citrate, cellulose), Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate). Negligible energy, protein, carbohydrates and fat.
DOSAGE
2 tablets 3 times a day, taken with a main meal for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Remember to drink plenty of water, not less than 1 litre per day - preferably 1.5 to 2.0 litres per day.
