Whats is in it?
Wild Fish Oil:
Wild oily fish from cold seas, this oil is naturally rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids omega 3 & omega 6 which have powerful anti-inflammatory properties and are arthro-protective.
Stinging Nettle extract (Urtica dioica):
Used by the Romans for the treatment of osteoarthritis, the nettle is now recognized as an official treatment of osteoarthritis in Germany. The plant is indicated for the treatment of joint pain.
Zinc:
Zinc makes it possible to stop the progress and amplification of the inflammatory reaction within the joint by inhibiting the mobility of the macrophages and preventing their surge in the synovial liquid.
Vitamin E:
Vitamin E stimulates the production of the components of the cartilage, like the Glycosaminoglycans, helping to protect joint mobility. Vitamin E is known to be one of most powerful natural antioxidants as well as having significant analgesic properties
Ingredients:
High quality controlled wild fish oil - 1350mg
Stinging Nettle dry extract (Urtica dioca L.) - 150mg
Zinc Sulphate Microencapsulated (inc 15mg zinc) - 45.8mg
Natural Vitamin E (D Alpha Tocopherol) - 10mg
Thickening agent - vegetal glyceryl monostearate, colouring agent - titanium dioxide, chlorophyllin capsule coating - fish poteins gycerol, emulsfier - GMO free soya lecithin.
Directions:
Take one capsule in the morning with breakfast and two in the evening with dinner every day. They should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
Take every day for three months. Extend if necessary. Improvements are generally felt after three weeks of use. If necessary, Phytalgic can be taken continuously, all year round.
Other:
Not recommended for those with an allergy to fish, stinging nettle or soya. This supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet.
