Pregnacare Conception contains the following active ingredients per tablet: L-Arginine 100mg; Inositol 50mg; N-Acetyl Cysteine 50mg; Betacarotene 3mg; Vitamin D (600 I.U.) 15 mcg; Vitamin E 30 mg; Vitamin C 90 mg; Vitamin B1 8 mg; Vitamin B2 5 mg; Niacin 20 mg; Vitamin B6 10 mg; Folic Acid 400 mcg; Vitamin B12 20 mcg; Biotin 150mcg; Pantothenic Acid 6mg; Iron 14 mg; Selenium 50 mcg; Magnesium 60 mg; Zinc 15 mg; Iodine 140 mcg; Copper 1 mg. Pregnacare Conception is free from artificial colourings, gluten, preservatives and yeast. Pregnacare Conception is not tested on animals.

RDA levels are calculated to help prevent the most basic vitamin and mineral deficiency states. The levels contained in Pregnacare Conception are specific to supporting your chances of conception. This is why some levels of nutrients in Pregnacare Conception are higher than the RDA (e.g. folic acid, the recommended level is 200% RDA). Importantly, all levels are safe for before and during pregnancy and well within upper safety guidelines for daily self-supplementation.
