Natto is a traditional breakfast food from Japan. Prepared by a natural fermentation of soya beans and enjoyed by the Japanese for over 1000 years, Natto has been identified as one of nature's richest sources of Vitamin K2.

VitaNat Natural Natto Vitamin K2 is the only health food supplement made with whole natural natto. 2 capsules taken daily provide the recommended intake of 45 µg. 


RECOMMENDED USAGE
1 capsule twice a day with water. This will provide the recommend daily adult intake of 45 µg Vitamin K2 per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
