ASP or Antispasmodic complex as its name suggests is a formula especially to help assist smooth muscle spasm which is sometimes associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and period pain. It acts gently on the nervous system whilst relaxing and smoothing muscle in the colon and uterus.
