Description
Bonusan Krill Oil 500mg
Krill oil is extracted from small shrimp-like crustaceans (Euphausia superba) that live in large numbers in the cold polar waters. These crustaceans feed on plankton and algae. Krill oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in the very important phospholipid form. The cell membranes of the cells in the body largely consist of phospholipids. The fatty acids (in their natural form) in fish oil entirely consist of triglycerides that the body needs to convert into phospholipids first. Once dissolved, phospholipids form emulsions easily because of their special structure (fat-soluble and water-soluble part).
