Cinnamon Dual Extract 33g

Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon to 16-32 ounces of water, juice, smoothies or any other recipe. Adjust the amounts according to your needs and for each application.
To make a refreshing tonic, add the powder to water, coconut water or your favourite smoothie recipe.
To make a warm tea-like infusion, add the powder to warm water (not boiling) and a natural sweetener of your choice. Examples include Organic Traditions Yacon syrup or Organic Traditions Coconut Palm Sugar or stevia if a sweet taste is preferred.
Note: Cinnamon has a natural lovely and sweet taste, and sweeteners are not necessary.

To make a mouth and gum rinse or gargle, add 1/8 of a teaspoon to 1/2 cup of warm water. As a gargle, it combines well with Organic Traditions Ginger, Amla or Triphala Smoothie Boosters.
