Herrens Mark Dandelion Extract: 

Herrens Mark Dandelion Extract is unique because it is refined using lactic acid fermentation. It contains the most important lactic acid bacteria, vital for a healthy, balanced body and all around wellbeing. The extract has been on the market for more than 50 years.

Herrens Mark Dandelion Extract contains strong active ingredients from the entire plant: The leaves, flowers and roots. The high concentration of bitter substances in the roots and leaves support the gall, liver, kidneys and digestive system.

The extract’s quality is refined through lactic acid fermentation, which also improves shelf life. When using this fermentation process, no alcohol or preservatives need to be added. Herrens Mark Dandelion Extract is not pasteurised and therefore contains active lactic acid bacteria.

Daily Dose:

Dandelion extract can be taken daily. The recommended daily dose is 30-60 ml (1-2 cups). We recommend taking the extract together with a meal, preferably at breakfast and in the evening.

If using the extract as part of a cleanse, we recommend taking it for at least three months

The dandelion extract tastes sour and bitter. It should preferably be taken as is, but if the taste doesn’t suit you, the extract can be mixed with juice containing acidic berries such as black currants or blueberries

Instructions and application:

1 litre, corresponding to 33 daily doses at 30 ml. Dosing cup and instruction are included. 

Storage:

At room temperature. 
After opening, we recommend refrigerating the extract, as it tastes best cold. The shelf life of the extract isn’t diminished after opening. 

Important:

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
