Description
EpiCor is a fermented form of a species of yeast called Saccharaomyces cerevisiae, which is the main source of nutritional yeast and yeast extract. Also known as Dried Yeast Fermentate and Brewer’s Yeast, this microscopic unicellular fungi is often used in commercial food products and alcoholic fermentation. This yeast is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and enzymes.
