Adults over 18 years take 10ml twice daily.
Do not drink directly from the bottle, always use the measuring cap provided.
Ingredients

Aqueous herbal extract (37%) from: <span style="font-size: 1rem;">lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia), peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita), passion flower herb (Passiflora incarnata), rosemary leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis). </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (26%) of: pear, pineapple, orange, passion fruit, lemon apple. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Water, mango puree, guava puree, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), carob extract, stabilizer (locust bean gum), natural flavours, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).</span>
Storage Instructions

Once opened use within 4 weeks.
