Nature’s Bounty® Gentle Iron Complex with Vitamins B12 & C food supplement contains a form of iron that is gentle on your system called iron bisglycinate. Iron is the most common mineral in the blood. When combining it with vitamins B12, C and Folic Acid it provides a blend of nutrients to support energy and vitality levels. 1Iron, vitamins B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folic Acid contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

SUGGESTED USE: For adults, take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
