Indole 3 Carbinol, (I-3-C) is a phytonutrient found in Brassica vegetables such as broccoli, kale and cabbage and one of the reasons that these foods are found to be so good for us. Each capsule provides 200mg of I-3-C, making it an ideal supplement to add to any female health regime. As it is often hard to ensure the quality of the vegetables we consume, this supplement provides a regular intake of these phytonutrients. Note: This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor should supplements be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
