DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take between meals for greater detoxification. You may experience changes in bowel motions, headaches, spots or tiredness during the early stages of a cleanse. Drink 4 – 8 glasses of pure water a day whilst using Chlorella to help flush out toxins.
Suggested Dose: Take 2/3 teaspoon per day either as a smoothie or with fruit juice. To make a fruit smoothie, add to a blender 1 cup of tropical fruit juice 2/3 level teaspoon of Chlorella and 1/3 banana per person. Start with 1/3 level teaspoon of Chlorella per day for the first week if you have a diet high in refined foods or use alcohol, tobacco or medication regularly.
WARNING: Do not take Chlorella at the same time of day as prescription medication.
