Description
Lyc-O-Mato® contains lycopene (15mg), the naturally occurring carotenoids, beta-carotene (0.5mg) and phytoene (3mg), as well as the tocopherols (Vitamin E) (3mg)
Recommended daily dosage: one 15mg capsule with liquid per day, preferably after food. One capsule provides the equivalent of a minimum of six large ripe tomatoes.
