The B6 in Magnesan Forte plus is in the active form: pyridoxal-5-phosphate. This form is absorbed even more readily than ordinary B6. It supports the action of magnesium in terms of providing energy to the muscles, the action of the nervous system, normal psychological function and reducing fatigue. Magnesan also contains the important synergists glycine and taurine.
