Magnesium and potassium are two minerals that ‘co-operate’ within the body. This supplement provides both minerals in the aspartate form to support absorption and utilisation in the body. This supplement provides true, fully reacted magnesium and potassium aspartates and not a blend of oxides or other less absorbable forms. Potassium contributes to normal blood pressure. Magnesium and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal psychological function. Magnesium is needed for the normal maintenance of bones and teeth as well as normal muscle function.
