Nature’s Bounty® Mini Omega-3 450 mg food supplement is a concentrated, purified fish oil which provides the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. These convenient mini size softgels are easier to swallow. 1DHA and EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. 2DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

SUGGESTED USE: For adults, take two softgels daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
