A multivitamin and mineral formula that is designed to overcome the insufficiencies in many multi formulas. Multi Basics 3 provides all the important nutrients in a balanced dose and in their most active forms. Taking into account that too much of some nutrients such as B2 can actually inhibit absorption of other nutrients, too little is ineffective, getting the balance right is important. This supplement gives a wide nutritional foundation to a supplementation programme, providing a much better formulation that a simple one a day formulation.
