Directions for use:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon in water, leave for approximately 15 minutes then drink. Ideally taken before sleeping.
Colony forming units (CFU) 15 Billion per daily dose. 5 Billion per gram.
Store in a cool, dry place – do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of children.
