Description
Prozyme is a combination of proteolytic enzymes and glandular support, with the addition of the bioflavonoid rutin and zinc gluconate. Pancreatin is a pancreatic enzyme. Papain, extracted from papaya, and bromelain, extracted from pineapple, contain proteolytic enzymes.
Dosage:
2-4 tablets three to four times daily, or as directed. Up to 10 tablets three to four times daily may be taken if necessary. Each enteric coated tablet must be swallowed whole. Do not chew. For absorption, proteolytic enzymes should be taken at least 2 hours away from food.

Do not take enzymes directly before or after surgery (for at least 1 week). Do not take if gastritis, duodenal ulcers or gastric ulcers are present.
