Description
G&G’s Lecithin Granules come from non-GM soya. Each tablespoon (7.5 grams) of lecithin granules contains about 1700mg phosphatidyl choline, 1000mg of phosphatidyl inositol, and about 2,200mg of essential fatty acids as linoleic acid. It also omega-3 linolenic acid. Vegetarian, vegan and kosher.
