Quercetin is a bioflavonoid that is often found in nature with vitamin C. Bioflavonoids are antioxidant nutrients. Each vegan friendly capsule provides 500mg of quercetin making this a ideal supplement to add to a supplement regime that requires the addition of a bioflavonoid.
