Horizon SilKare 500ml:
Purified Water, Ortho-Silicic Acid, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) Extract; Natural Flavourings; Stabilizer: Phosphoric Acid
Directions:
Take 30 ml per day the first two weeks and then take 15 ml per day. Shake well before using and preferably consume in the morning on an empty stomach.
