Many diets do not include enough soluble fibre to support a healthy digestive system. Solufibre is partially hydrolysed guar gum, making it easy to add to the diet. Hydrolysation breaks the guar gum down into smaller units, increasing its viscosity and allowing the particles to dissolve more easily. Guar gum can ferment more slowly in the gut than other prebiotic fibres, which means it is much more easily tolerated by those with a sensitive digestion. It does not alter the taste or texture of any food it is added to, making it idea for all the family. Take this product with plenty of water to ensure it reaches the stomach.
