Nature’s Bounty® Turmeric 500 mg food supplement contains 450 mg of turmeric root and 50 mg of standardised turmeric extract. For centuries the root of the turmeric plant has been widely used. The main curcuminoid in turmeric is Curcumin, and is widely used in Ayurvedic traditions.

SUGGESTED USE: For adults, take two capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
