Ingredients

Medium Chain Triglycerides (Fractionated Coconut Oil), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol).
Warnings

Vitamin D does have a potential for toxicity, so doses above 1000iu should not be taken long term without supervision.
Younger adults or children may supplement up to 400iu daily.
Vitamin D is contraindicated while taking warfarin and verapamil medications.
2500iu is for over 9 years only.
