Non-dairy formulation containing the specially cultured, extensively researched strain of L. acidophilus (LA-5 ®). Utilises a polysaccharide matrix technology which protects the bacteria from being destroyed by stomach acid as well as providing food for the organisms and enhancing shelf stability.
