NOTICE: Take this product with at least 250 ml of water or other fluid. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not take before bedtime. Fibre products can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications.

SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) level tablespoonful (approx. 5.8 grams) daily with a minimum of 250 ml juice or liquids, preferably in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product. CAUTION: A very small percentage of individuals who are occupationally exposed to psyllium dust or powder may develop a sensitivity to psyllium. This sensitivity may result in an allergic reaction.
