The importance of vitamin D within the UK:

How to use the product?
Take one spray daily (5 sprays for DLuxPregnancy). Multiple sprays can be taken where a higher dosage is required. As general guidance we recommend 1000IU (25mcg) of vitamin D is taken per 25kg of body weight, as a daily maintenance dosage for those living in the UK. The optimal areas for absorption are under the tongue and the inside of the cheek.
