Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an amino acid produced naturally by the body. Amino acids are the building blocks that link together to form proteins and carnitine plays a role in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria, which is the structure within cells responsible for energy production.

Suggested Usage
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients
Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of gelatin.
