A combination of nutrients that work closely together, Trimethylglycine, folic acid, B6 and B12. The B vitamins are presented in their active forms making it easy for the body to absorb and utilise. Folate and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. B6, Folate and B12 contribute towards the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal functioning of the immune system and normal psychological function. Folate plays a role in cell division and contributes to maternal folate levels during pregnancy. B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, proper functioning of the nervous system.
