This vitamin E supplement provides a full complex of all 8 E-complex vitamers, unlike many supplements that are based solely on d-alpha-tocopherol. Total E contains all 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols in their natural ratios. Co Q10 is included for its ability to ‘recharge’ the E vitamins to their active antioxidant forms after they have been deactivated. By providing a full spectrum of vitamin E, users are getting much better nutritional value than taking d-alpha-tocopherol alone. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.
