The body cannot make its own vitamin C, so a dietary source is important. Vitamin C plays many roles in the body and also supports the activity of other nutrients such as Vitamins A and E. AOR’s Vitamin C provides a high strength ascorbic acid that can be used as part of a daily supplement regime. Vitamin C is required for normal collagen production for the function of bones, gums, teeth and cartilage. Vitamin C is needed for nor function of the psychological system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the immune system. Vitamin C is required for the protection of the cells from oxidative stress and for the regeneration of the reduced form of Vitamin E.
